At MarPhil LLC, we strive to provide exceptional consulting services to meet your needs. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Consulting Services: Refunds are available for consulting services if a cancellation request is made within 14 days of the initial payment and before ANY services have been rendered.
- Workshops and Training Sessions: Refunds for workshops or training sessions are available if the cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date.
- Digital Products: Refunds for digital products are not allowed, at any time.
Timelines
- Processing Time: Once a refund request is approved, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original method of payment.
- Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Non-Refundable Items
- Completed Services: Services that have already been delivered or completed are non-refundable.
- Late Cancellations: Requests made outside the specified eligibility timelines are not eligible for refunds.
- Administrative Fees: Any administrative or processing fees incurred during the transaction are non-refundable.
- Meeting Cancellations: Any meetings that charge fees are not allowed for refund unless the meeting didn't happen. MarPhil LLC does NOT warrant that any meeting will net any results other than consultancy - meaning simply attending and speaking to the client is enough to be considered RENDERED SERVICE - thus warranting meetings with no refunds.

- Provide Details: Include your name, contact information, invoice number, and a brief description of the reason for the refund request.
- Await Confirmation: Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with further instructions.
