4. Payment Terms

5. Cancellation

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term and fails to remedy the breach within 30 days of notice.
  • Upon cancellation, users will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the date of termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • MarPhil LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the services in question.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
